When we set out to make Mad Dog Teriyaki, we wanted to create something truly extraordinary. We started with incredible ingredients including carefully aged tamari (soy sauce). The kind that is stored in wooden barrels, and aged slowly for about three years underground in Japan. The very same tamari that some describe as having the same flavors and undertones of fine wine. Mad Dog Teriyaki then incorporates a careful blend of toasted sesame oil, fresh ginger and garlic for some zing, pure chile extract and then just perfect amount of sweet honey to balance out the flavor. Mad Dog Teriyaki is great right from the bottle for marinating and for stir fry. Or pour some into a bowl and start dipping. Fish, beef, pork and poultry never had it so good. And don’t forget the sushi! You’ll be amazed at how fast people go through the 5 FL. Oz. bottle.
