Ashley Food Company, Inc. has been making gourmet sauces since 1991. We also sell many private labels to other companies.

Our products are sold all over the world. Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click "Buy Now" on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Our Guarantee:

Ashley Food Company Inc. promises you that if you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase from us, we will refund the full purchase price, exchange the product or credit your account. (minus shipping & handling)

Payments Methods:

Ashley Food Company accepts the following payment methods for online orders:

Sorry, no COD orders accepted.


All orders are shipped via UPS, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Damaged Goods:

All damaged good must be held for inspection until UPS notifies their shipper to discard damaged shipment. Failure to hold damaged good for inspection will result in NO Refund or credit for damaged goods.

Returns and Exchanges:

At Ashley Food Company Inc. web sites you may return any item for a refund or exchange by e-mailing us at, ashleyfood.com. Please note that requests for returns and exchanges should be made within 14 days from receiving your order. There is a 15% restocking fee. We cannot refund your shipping charges unless we have made a shipping error. Please allow 14 business days for your exchange, refund or credit to be completed. No refund on special order items. Customer must report damages to UPS.

Wrong Address Charges:

If your order contains a wrong address or is missing information that is needed for UPS to deliver your order, the cost to reship the order will be charged to your credit card that was used to place this order.

Restocking Fee:

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Change Orders: You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call during business hours to change your order. Limitations of Liability: Ashley Food Company Inc. is not responsible for any injury incurred from using or abusing our products. See our disclaimer for further details.

Typographical Errors:

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Ashley Food Company Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Ashley Food Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Ashley Food Company Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Back ordered: Items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security:

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. We use Authorized.net to process all orders.
